King Sobhuza II, 80-year-old monarch of the tiny Southern African Kingdom of Swaziland, which celebrates its 10th anniversary of independence on September 6. Since the death of Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie, Sobhuza has become the largest reigning king in Africa, if not in the world.
