Three men standing amongst rhododendrons at Knaphill Nursery near Woking in Surrey. A photographic postcard addressed to Tom Holmes and dated 24th December 1904. The nursery was run by the Waterer family since the 18th century. Anthony Waterer (1822-1896) was noted for his rhododendron hybrids, as was Frank G. Waterer (1867-1945).
