In 2002 it was the launch of KSR-III, all 3,000 parts of which were developed purely by Korean technology. KSR-III is a three-stage rocket, as a preamble to the development of artificial satellite and space rocket. The successful launch of KSR-III made Korean the world's 9th country with the liquid propulsion technology.
