Kuipers is wearing an Electroencephalogram (EEG) electrode cap before starting measurements. Neurospat investigates ways in which crew member's three-dimensional visual and space perception is affected by long-duration stays in weightlessness to help in help in finding and developing countermeasures alleviating any disorientation experienced by astronauts.
