A man identified by an epigraph as a priest (kutur) standing before the fire altar with both arms extended, possibly holding an object directly atop the flames. Most of the upper half of his body has been defaced. The garment has a short skirt revealing muscular legs and a possible diagonal line down the front marking the garment border.
