Kul-e Farah relief III was carved on a boulder in the sanctuary perhaps a century or so after relief IV. Its highly condensed iconography, depicting over 200 individuals, 3 zebus and 18 round-horned sheep, entirely covers the vertical surfaces of the boulder. Some of the carvings are badly weathered and other parts have been vandalized, but in general the lower portions have survived reasonably well thanks to the earth that accumulated against them over time.
