Labor party headquarters in Cheorwon. It was built in 1946 as the headquarters of the Cheorwon-gun branch of the North Korean Workers' Party, but was destroyed in the Korean War, and now only the concrete skeleton remains. Cheorwon is north of the 38th parallel, and from 1945 to 1950 the entire area belonged to North Korea.
