Labour party headquarters building in Cheorwon. It was built to commemorate the spirits of the dead. The Workers' Party of Korea was built in 1946 as the headquarters of the Cheorwon-gun branch of the North Korean Workers' Party, but was destroyed in the Korean War and now only the concrete skeleton remains.
