One of the largest number of sculptures of Hindu cult produced by Vijayanagara kings is Lakshminarayana displayed in the gallery. The god is shown seated on the base while his consort, Lakshmi seated on his thigh embracing him. He has four hands, the upper hands, he holds Chakra and Sankha. He wears kireetamakuta, necklace etc. The image is shown with rich ornamentation. The goddess has a Patti on her chest and holds Padma in the left hand Vijayanagara, 15th century.
