Land of imagination

Land of imagination is a VR content with which the audience can explore a virtual country made with national statistical profiles. You will be in a journey of finding the ‘Land of Imagination’, as you try to escape the maze by answering various questions like “How can data bridge social divides and be used against hate and extremism?”, and “Can data help to nurture emotional connectedness?”. Sounds too complicated? No worries. There is no right or wrong answer to the questions and you will be able to open or close the door to escape the maze.

With the walls of the maze constructed based on the national statistical data of nine selected countries from the OECD I Library, you will also be able to easily grasp upon what kind of statistical data is vital in the society and what data means in the contemporary society. Once you escape the maze, a panoramic view of the maze awaits you, in which you could explore as if you are swimming inside. Through presenting the actual data that constituted the 3D game in a virtual space, Land of imagination offers you to experience the visualized data so to think over the current society that is formed and deformed by the data.
