Inscriptions: Artist's inscription, signature, and seal: "Boating in spring water is like sailing in the sky" [from a poem by Lu Yu, 1125-1210]. While painting this, I thought of the quotation and thus recorded it. The third month of the jiazi year [1684]. Shibiao [seal] Erzhan. [seal, upper right] Shibiao.
