Women wore pendants as accessories on the tie part (goreum) of a jacket or around the waist of a skirt. For special occasions or weddings in the palace, the biggest and most luxurious pendant, the triple pendant, would be worn on the belt of a ceremonial costume, which would be matched with traditional hairstyles such as keun meori.
