David Plowden captured this image of a steam engine backing out of a roundhouse in the last days of steam on the Canadian Pacific Railway. The photograph was taken in Hamilton, Ontario.
The engine is backlit as it exits the roundhouse. Its designation of 8304 is among the few traits distinguishable in this lighting, however, Plowden identified the engine as type 0-8-0.
