General layout desig scheme proposed by John Brookes, MBE (1933 – 2018) for the garden in Bryanston Square, London. Brookes was a landscape designer, writer and lecturer who introduced Modernism to British garden design. He lived adjacent to the Square in Montagu Mews and this plan is c.1966-67.
