Cultural roots that descend from our ancestor are like a spiritual garment. The artist focuses on interpreting a meaning of local northeastern fabric. Using visual elements, the artwork is connected to the goodness and peacefulness of the local community and also the color of the ancestor’s spirit.

The National Exhibition of Art is the oldest national competition stage of Thailand that has been organized constantly until now. It aims to encourage Thai artists to produce painting, sculpture, prints and multimedia works which present their artistic skills. Gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal award-winning works will become the property of Silpakorn University, who reserves the right to promote works in all channels.
