Dear Sir:
Records indicate that on January 13th you purchased from our Seller Begley Pullman ticket form 100-1 No. 5137, covering Drawing Room Washington, D.C. to Miami, Fla., for which you were charged the fare of $21.80 and $1.09 Federal Tax, total $22.89.
We are now in receipt of advice that the correct rate for the accommodations furnished is $30.45 and $1.52 tax, total $31.97.
Thus, there was an undercharge of $9.08 on this transaction, and in order that our accounts may be relieved of the debit involved we would appreciate your remitting to
us the sum in question, payable to The Pennsylvania Railroad Company.
Yours very truly,
F.A. Loeffel,
Agent.
