Letter addressed to Annie Williams, 1 Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield April 30th 1912. Written by Annie Kenney on WSPU headed paper the letter refers to Annie Williams taking over the WSPU organisation of Wales and giving up current role in Huddersfield & Halifax. The letter notes: 'we are just considering the distribution of our organisers in different parts of the country with a view to pssibly making some changes. Miss Cameron, who has left the office for a few weeks to take a rest, told me that there was some question of your leaving Huddersfield. Will you please let me know whether it will be possible to leave Huddersfield to the local union there. I shall be glad if you will write me a full letter explaining the present poistiion of the work there, so that we may know what would be the best to do'.

Rachel Barrett left her position as WSPU Organiser in Wales in May 1912 to return to work at WSPU headquarters in London. She was replaced by Annie Williams who had previously worked as Organiser in Huddersfield and Halifax.
