Letter from Dr Alice Ker to her Daughter Envelope

Letter from Holloway Prison. Written on toilet paper to be taken out by released prisoner. The Doctor sent for her yesterday and said her friends had been enquiring about her health; he allowed her to prescribe for herself and she feels much better already. She wants to go through with it. There is a sort of impression about that some at least of the sentences will be shortened. But at the worst only five weeks more.
