Letter addressed to Miss Williams, 1 Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield dated 3rd May 1912. The letter written by Rachel Barrett on WSPU headed notepaper, refers to Annie Williams taking over Rachel's role in Wales and giving up work in Huddersfield & Halifax. The letter also refers to future arrangements for replacing Annie in Yorkshire: 'We have several probationary organisers coming here for training within the next week, but we cannot send one of them to the provinces until she has been in London for about a month, after that one of them could go as you suggest to Halifax'.

Rachel Barrett left her position as WSPU Organiser in Wales in 1912 to return to work at WSPU headquarters in London. She was replaced by Annie Williams who had previously worked as Organiser in Huddersfield and Halifax.
