[inglês][datilografado] Dear Mr. Portinari: Right in the midst of preparing the annual cumulated volume of CURRENT BIOGRAPHY, we have decided to include photographs with the word sketches it already contains. Ordinarily, the addition of over five hundred photographs would delay such a publication considerably, but we are going right ahead with our production schedule, confident that you will help us by sending, by return mail, the photograph of yourself that you would like to have us include. Since CURRENT BIOGRAPHY is written in such lively, informal fashion, we hope you will send us a recent favorite, rather than a more formal picture. However, we will leave that entirely to your own judgment and preference. The photograph should be no larger than 8 by 10 inches, if possible, but if you have only a larger one, send that. Either glossy or dull finish will be acceptable. You understand, of course, that there is absolutely no obligation or charge to you whatsoever. All we ask of you is speed.
