Letter to Dorn McGrath discussing PL89-665 (National Preservation Act)

This undated letter was most likely sent in late 1968 or early 1969 from a member of the Gloucester Historical Commission. Address to Dorn McGrath, Director of Project Planning Branch at the Housing and Urban Development in Washington D.C., the letter shows that the Committee is pushing to receive funding from P.L. 89-665 (The Preservation Act) which had just been passed into law in 1966.
