Jiang Bibo was born in 1939 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Famous artist and art educator. She graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1962. She is currently the dean and professor of the College of Humanities and Arts of Chongqing University, member of the Chinese Artists Association, member of the Printing Arts Committee of the Chinese Artists Association, and director of the Chongqing Creation Center of the Chinese Artists Association. She has held many solo exhibitions in Japan, the United States, Canada and other countries and regions, and was invited to serve as guest professors in art schools in the United States, Canada and other countries. The Cambridge Biography Centre in Britain awarded her an honorary certificate of outstanding contribution. She enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. Her printing works "Deep in the White Cloud" and "Near Neighbor" won the gold medal of Japan International Printing Research Association, and large-scale city sculpture "Geleshan Martyrs Group Sculpture" won the first national best award of urban sculpture.
