Lightning Hopkins at the Vulcan Gas Company November 1967

Created by Austin artist Tony Bell, this is a concert poster for the 1967 performance of Lightning Hopkins at Austin's Vulcan Gas Company. Tony was a University of Texas grad and was one of the Texas Ranger magazine staff while matriculating at the university. He was a close friend of Gilbert Shelton and they collaborated on many things, including concert posters and the creation of underground comic super hero Wonder Wart Hog.
