Limoncello

Josep Maria Rodríquez was crowned world pastry champion in 2011. A year later, he opened the first of his La Pastisseria stores in Barcelona. Its cabinets showcase his spectacular creations, including "La Cirera" ("The Cherry" in Catalan)—made of yogurt cremoso, Sacher sponge cake, and cherries—which has become emblematic of his store.
