We all want to be remembered by our families, by descendants as yet unknown, and by our quilt communities. Our work is evidence of how we choose to be remembered.

The ties may be artistic or literary, profound or humorous, functional or aesthetic, but we want to leave something of ourselves.

My own work indicates a very personal perspective and expresses my need to see us laugh and to leave the world a more peaceful, exciting, and caring place in which to live."
