Lizardo Alzamora Silva

Portrait of "Lizardo Alzamora Silva" (Tarma, 1858-Lima, 1929). Doctor in Jurisprudence by the University of San Marcos (1881). He was part of the reserve in the battle of Miraflores during the war with Chile. He was a professor in the Faculty of Law and assumed the deanship between 1899 and 1914. He was an active politician and diplomat.
