Along the coasts of Mediterranean Sea, inside an inlet of the Tyrrhenian Sea, we find the Gulf of Naples, one of the most beautiful of the world, between Sorrento and the Phlegraean peninsula. It owns very different landscapes: in the north area there are the Phlegraean Fields, with the small bay of the Gulf of Pozzuoli (right here in front of you), in the middle part there are little towns dominated by Vesuvius, while in the south you can see the Lattari mountains and Sorrento Peninsula. There is also an archipelago made up of the islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida and Nisida (connected to the mainland by an isthmus).
