This painting is named ‘Longevity meeting at Namji’ which is describing an old men’s meeting to appreciate lotus and flowers at Hongchum-chu house in 1629. In the main upper part, there is a record of the picture name left. All twelve elders were sitting and enjoying the time in the picture. There is also a poem written made by one of the elders. There are only eight paintings of such are left and the one collected by Seoul National University Museum contains the painter’s name which proved the year of painting to be 1629. The painting here seemed to be drawn in a different technique and so it is highly likely that this painting was made in a different year by a different person.
