Longing for Glen Island

From the Artist: On a recent wintry day off of Shore Park in Pelham, a gaggle of geese swam by the eerie covid-testing tents set up on Glen Island, undisturbed by any of our pandemic anxiety. I tried to capture this scene in the attached photograph, remembering the fear I felt when those tents were first erected. I realized that for many of us, a sense of normalcy will not return until we can visit our park again.
