Exponent of Young British Art, Marc Quinn (1964) with "Love Painting" pays homage to one of the symbolic places of Verona, the courtyard of the House of Juliet, whose walls until 2019 were covered with love phrases and promises between lovers. The artist, sensing the symbolic and aesthetic power of the inscriptions, has placed in the entrance hall some large white canvases on which visitors have transcribed graffiti, markers, statements on post-it, pairs of names inside hearts, pure and immediate expressions of feeling that represent the vital force of dreams of love.
