Madhav making a christmas tree

Madhav is making a Christmas tree under the guidance of his facilitator Jyotsna Srinivasan. Madhav, after many years of free exploration in trying out various mediums of his choice, is now ready to take step by step guidance from his facilitator. ABWA focuses more on the process of the art than on the end product. Every student is given a complete freehand on exploring their choice of materials and creating art with whatever they are comfortable with it. The students' enthusiasm towards their art classes and the joy they get while creating something is a big motivation for both the teacher and the parent because it is not usual for a child in a special needs environment to feel this way. This happiness is what keeps them all going.
