Main entrance to the Palácio do Catete, under the Presidency

This drawing depicts a typical scene at the main door of the Palácio do Catete at the time of the Presidency: the coming and going of politicians, diplomats, soldiers, bureaucrats and the presence of the press that covered the daily life of the palace. Due to the style of the automobile and military uniforms, the scene takes place between the 1920s and 1930s.
