Composed of two cast iron modules, finished in marble, bronze and wood. It was built in Germany. Its assembly, completed in 1864, was in charge of the German architect Otto Henkel. The paintings on the panels and arches are copies of the frescoes by Rafael Sanzio at Villa Farnesina in Rome.In the central niche, a white-painted metal copy of Aphrodite of Capua, which is in the National Museum in Naples. Left and right, allegorical paintings represent Painting, Drawing, Architecture and Sculpture.
