Bovill Main Street in late 1908 or early 1909. Beginning from the right, in order, are the Sherman House, the E.K. Parker store, and a confectionery. The original occupancy of the next two buildings is unknown. The Spokane Hotel eventually stood between them. The shed in the distance is beyond the street corner. In the distant group of three men (near pole), the man at the right is Pat Malone; the original photo is sharp enough to see the glint of his Deputy star. The boy in the street, a little closer, proudly holds up a bottle beer. The lady in white in front of the Parker store is Mrs. T.P. Jones.
