It is a male figure known as marad with its arms and legs shown stretched out. The eyes of the figure are made through finger depressions. Its Genitals are made prominent. It is made by hand moulded technique. These figures are used mainly to guard against illness or to combat evil spirits by offering it to the sacred grooves called Goli ki Mathh in south Gujarat.
