Man Reading. Baron Eduard Mednyánszky, the Painter´s Father

Shortly before his father’s death, Mednyánszky painted two portraits of him. In this case it is a study of his profile. It was placed in the tower of Strážky, where he often studied and read. The work is kept in the same place in the permanent exhibition.
