Manual centrifuge

This device is used to separate the solid phase of sugar (sucrose) from liquid (glucose). It is done by means of centrifugation: There is a deposit where the wall is a cylinder, which rotates with the vertical axis. The wall of this cylinder is a metal mesh with a very thin hole that prevents the grain from leaving the sugar, but the liquid phase comes out, that is the honey.
