Manumission Bill

This bill was issued the 27th of June of 1853. These type of bills were given to the owner of the people enslaved by the Board of Manummision. Each bill especified the place of region of the enslaved people that were going to be free and the value for a specific quantity of them. The nation assumed and recognized this value.
