The 29th National Exhibition of Art, 1983
1st Prize, Gold Medal Award in Painting

The National Exhibition of Art is the oldest national competition stage of Thailand that has been organized constantly until now. It aims to encourage Thai artists to produce painting, sculpture, prints and multimedia works which present their artistic skills. Gold medal, silver medal and bronze medal award-winning works will become the property of Silpakorn University, who reserves the right to promote works in all channels.

Pishnu Supanimit began his artistic journey in printmaking by using nature and personal stories as inspiration to create abstract art. His work in later stages developed into realism art which channeled special elements and motions of nature beautifully. Apart from being recognized as an artist specializing in printmaking and fine art, he has also explored the arts of criticism, short stories, novels, and tourism documentaries, all of which were narrated through literature and illustration.
