This is a copper engraving of a chart published by J & C Walker according to the Act of Parliament at the Hydrographic Office of the Admiralty in 1849. A detailed chart showing the China coast northeast of Hong Kong. Mirs Bay, Bias Bay and Hie Chin Bay are all sounded. The upper left corner contains Ty-Sami enlarged. It includes details of Castle Peak, Mahwan, Hong Kong Road, the Lamma Channel and Starling Inlet.
