Marble funerary lekythos

Marble Attic funerary lekythos with a dexiosis (farewell) scene. The farewell scene between a seated male and a standing female figure is depicted. Traces of the painted decoration are preserved in places: palmettes on the shoulder and Ionic cymation (egg-and-dart) on the upper body. c. 340 BC. H. 1,09 m.
