Marina Abramović during the performance "Rythm 0" at Studio Morra, in Naples, in 1975.
The work involved Abramović and the visitors in the same space for six hours. The artist spent all the time standing still while the audience could do to her whatever they wished, using one of 72 objects she had placed on a table: a rose, feather, perfume, honey, bread, grapes, wine, scissors, a scalpel, a metal bar and a gun loaded with one bullet.
