White damask (rinzu) patterned in a sayagata pattern of swastikas and chrysthanemum (kiku), yuzen dyed in all-over patterning of a hexagon design (kikkô), a lozenge shaped flower (hanabishi). Lining: Red, safflower (beni) silk plain weave ending in a padded roll at hemline, a fuki. The padding is finished in front with curved corners, called tsuma, a style popular in this period.
