For the first time a modern American dance group is on a transcontinental tour. Of the twelve dancers who comprise the group, all are Americans.They include: Dorothy Bird, Frieda Flier, Bonnie Bird, Sophie Maslow, May O'Donnell, Ethel Butler, Marie Marchowsky, Anna Sokolow, Kathleen Slagle, Gertrude Shurr, Anita Alvarez, and Thelma Babitz.
