It is written in Persian in 25 lines with black ink and talik calligraphy. It is dated Hijri 882 – Gregorian 1477-78 and was written by Ibn Muiniddin Mehmed İnayetullah. On the first page, there is the foundation seal of Sultan Mahmud I. Serlevha page and section titles are illuminated. The sunburst and corners of the
leather binding are decorated with gold gilding and the inner cover of the binding is carved.
