Big Monster Toys is among the largest and most successful toy inventing companies in the world. Founded by three former Marvin Glass partners--Jeffrey Breslow, Howard Morrison, and Roubin Terzian--along with two ex-Glass designers--Don Rosenwinkel and John Zaruba-the firm has been in business for more than twenty years. Big Monster Toys creates, engineers, and develops products from inception to finished working prototypes. BMT also develops the marketing position and often the name, packaging, and promotional material. BMT then licenses the toys to one of the 20 largest toy companies in the world. Clients include Mattel, Hasbro, Milton Bradley, Parker Brothers, Fisher Price, Zizzle, Playmates, and Spinmaster. Some important products that have emerged from the great minds at Big Monster Toys include Uno Attack, Fashion Polly Pocket, Bulls Eye Ball, "The Apprentice" Game, Baby Skates, Shop N Bop Baby, My Size Barbie, Tippy Toes doll, Trump the Game, Guesstures, California Roller Baby, Mighty Max, Jennie Gymnast, Jibber Jabber, Magic Tumble Surprise, Brain Bash, Real Talkin' Bubba, Snack Time Cabbage Patch Kid, Baby This & That, Coochy Coo Baby, Planet Hollywood The Game, Nitro Dozer RC, Star Gymnast Jamie, Kasey Cartwheel, and Hot Wheels Criss Cross Crash. According to one estimate, 70% of all children in the U.S. have played with a toy, game, or doll created by BMT. On a worldwide basis, BMT toys generate over $250 million in annual sales. In November 2008, the Chicago Toy & Game Group recognized BMT founder Jeffrey Breslow with its Lifetime Achievement Award at the Toy & Game Inventors Awards.
