Silver medal with letters "ICCA" forming the central body encapsulated by wreath of laurel and two ribbons. At the top centre is a bicycle tyre with wings, that extend from the centre. Top ribbon inscription reads "50 MILE HANDICAP ROAD RACE/ 12 JULY 1913". Lower ribbon inscription reads, "WON BY I. R. MUNRO 2HRS. 22MIN. 45 1/2 (half) SEC/ AUSTRALASIAN RECORD". The reverse has a makers mark indicating sterling silver and four suspension rings along edges.
