A silver medal awarded to Les Harley in 1925. The medal features a naked male figure, holding a towel and palm frond, leaning on a shield with stamped lettering, "EDUCATION / DEPARTMENT / VICTORIA / SWIMMING / AND / LIFESAVING". The reverse features a seated female figure holding a trident, two children and the sea in the background. The rim of the medal is engraved, "LESLIE HARLEY 1925".
