Small, circular, ornate medallion awarded to Albert Adams in 1886 that has engraving on both sides. Engraving on the front reads, "MILE / RACE / WON BY / A. ADAMS". Front is raised and has ornate engraving, while reverse is flat, with less ornate engraving. Reverse reads, in part, "NEWPORT XMAS SPORTS / 1886 / PRESENTED BY...". There are two rings at the top in the middle of the medallion.
