This medieval Jesse window dates from the 14th Century, although it has been restored through
the centuries. A small panel near the top of the window is inscribed with the date '1859' alongside the names of people involved
in this restoration. The window is filled with figures from the Old Testament – including knights, kings and
prophets – painted in glorious colour which can be viewed in detail by zooming into this image.
